科研成果转化:

        本课题组在高分子材料合成、改性和应用方面具有多年研发经验,与国内外知名企业开展长期而深入的产学研合作,研究领域涉及高分子材料合成与改性、聚合物加工助剂、超支化聚合物胶黏剂、新型涂料、纳米药物、生物检测等。课题组目前全职产业化教师和博士后研究人员等10余人;申请各类横向课题40余项,累计获得资助经费9000余万元;已经申请了国家发明专利60余项,其中授权专利30余项。代表性转化项目包括:

       (一)超支化聚合物流动改善剂

        针对现有单体型增塑剂和聚合型增塑剂的不足,设计一类超支化聚合物型流动性改善剂,实现在大幅降低加工状态下材料粘度同时,保持其服役条件下材料综合性能,满足高分子材料加工领域高精度加工和节能降耗的市场需求。该项目合成工艺简单,无三废排放,反应温和可控,高效绿色等特点。

     (二)基于超支化聚合物的新型涂料

开发了一种可紫外光固化的超支化星形聚合物涂料,该涂料具有紫外光下快速固化的能力,在线性聚合物臂聚合度适宜的情况下,超支化星形聚合物结合了超支化聚合物与线性聚合物的优点,提高了涂料的流平性、固化速率、硬度、附着力和耐性等,鉴于其良好的附着力和生物降解性,在汽车和医疗等领域具有广阔应用前景。
